NOVIOT POCHETOK (THE NEW BEGININNG) is not another sect created by nihilists. The New Beginning is not another political party. The New Beginning is an optimism, and passion that exist in every open minded enthusiast. The New Beginning is every new day and every new change. Noviot Pochetok (The New Beginning) are most known In Macedonia for their loud, and energetic concerts, fast California-inspired punkrock rhythm mixed with the good old hardcore root basics, melodic vocals and the many concerts in the home town, and the cities all over Macedonia. Noviot Pochetok begins in 2002 under the name “Morfium”, and in 2005 changes the name into Noviot Pochetok. In 2006 the band released their first debut album called “Evolucijata bi trebalo da zapochne sega…” (“The Evolution Should Begin Now…”) on their DIY label – Sixtynine Records, and in 2007, after some line-up changes, the band begins to work on the second album titled as “Agnozija (Agnosia)” which was later recorded with one of the most talented producers in Macedonia – Valentino Skenderovski and it was released on May 15, 2009 on Enterprise Records. The band has two official videos from the debut album – on the songs “Omraza” and “Brza Fonija”, and one from the second album, on the song "Parada". In the summer of 2009 Noviot Pochetok took part of the regional festivals EXIT and Dirty Old Festival, and right now, the band is warming up and setting up the tour dates for the first mini European tour.
